Education:

Master's Degree with Honors in Law (1988) from the University of Florence

Experience:

For several years, he taught Criminal Law as an external lecturer at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions - Faculty of Law - University of Florence.

By rector's decree of September 15, 2009, he was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Florence for the four-year period 2009-2013.

From November 2014 to October 2023, he was head of the Aldo Marongiu Center for Legal and Social Studies of the Union of Italian Criminal Chambers.

He is the author and editor of scientific publications in the fields of criminal law, legal history and judicial system: among others, 2008:
